EHA Trigonos – Weekend Workshop

Nantlle, Caernarfon

For many years we enjoyed weekend workshops at Trigonos in Snowdonia, sadly now not attainable. 

The work we carrried out was called Sacred Drama – a vehicle through which to explore our deeper selves, within the group, with a core of people who encourage and assist, with honesty & love. It became apparent during our first workshops that there was a real appetite and willingness for this type of process: each of us working to understand and know ourselves better, and to explore and develop our potential.

The workshops were residential with comfortable rooms and the food was wonderful! …. and we laughed a lot!
