‘Many of the exercises Eugene taught us to work on, including Art Therapy and Yantra, Drama and Psychotherapy, all inhabit this magical and mythical hinterland between these two states. So we will try to define both terms, and discuss their meaning and value to us as individuals and to society as a whole.’
